Brene Brown's shame and vulnerability premises take on deeper meaning in reflecting on Peter and Judas' responses to denying and betraying Jesus the Christ. In learning about recovery, letting go of the shame of the past builds new relationships and a new life in the discovery that you are changed and have hope in a new day. Wishing all Easter joy!

What a post, I try to be happy each day and yes I have times when I feel sad for unknown reasons but when that happens I just let it be as it will pass, life is better when we are happy
